Thanks for expressing an interest in Decode Mental Health & Wellbeing, our high-quality, evidence-based program for students and teachers. We're excited to have you join us on our journey to help build resilience, empathy, and understanding in our youth.
With 16 video-led lessons at each year level from Year 5 to Year 8, Decode provides a consistent and cyclical learning programme that builds on students’ knowledge and guides them towards mastery.
Mental health concerns in students are often hard to recognise and deal with effectively. Providing students with the tools to be resilient, empathetic, and aware is one of the most effective ways to promote student wellbeing and integrate good strategies into adolescence and beyond.
